NOVA AIR WELLNESS
Terms, Conditions, and Release of Liability Agreement

By registering for a Nova Air Wellness retreat, session, or event, I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and that I voluntarily choose to participate in breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, and related wellness activities. I understand that these practices are experiential and may involve physical, emotional, and energetic responses. I agree to the following terms:

ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
I understand that breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, and wellness retreats may involve physical exertion, emotional release, and responses within the nervous system. I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including dizziness, emotional intensity, fatigue, or other physical reactions. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor my own well-being and to participate only in activities that feel safe for my body and mind. I agree that Nova Air Wellness, its owners, practitioners, staff, partners, contractors, and venue hosts are not responsible for any injury, loss, illness, emotional distress, or damage to personal property that may occur during or after participation.
I hereby release and waive any and all claims against Nova Air Wellness arising out of my participation in its activities, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

SAFETY AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I agree to follow all instructions provided by Nova Air Wellness staff. I understand that I may stop or modify any activity at any time for my own comfort and safety. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to determine whether I am physically and emotionally able to participate. I affirm that I am in good general health. I understand that breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions, and I agree to consult a healthcare provider if needed.
I understand that retreat accommodations include shared rooms and shared bathrooms and that I am responsible for maintaining respectful and safe conduct throughout the retreat.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
Nova Air Wellness does not provide medical care or emergency treatment. Practitioners are not licensed medical professionals and do not diagnose or treat conditions. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Nova Air Wellness to seek emergency services on my behalf. I understand that I am solely responsible for all medical expenses and outcomes that may arise during or after the retreat.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not included in the base retreat price and may be added for an additional fee. If I select the transportation add-on, I understand that I must arrive at the designated Manhattan meeting point on time. Nova Air Wellness is not responsible for delays, missed transportation, or personal belongings lost or damaged during transit.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
I acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during retreats or events for promotional or educational purposes. By registering, I grant Nova Air Wellness permission to use my image and likeness in marketing materials, social media, and digital content. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify staff in writing before the retreat begins.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CHANGES
I understand that Nova Air Wellness operates with limited capacity and advanced planning.

One-Day Retreats
Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance receive credit toward a future retreat.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are nonrefundable.

Three-Day Retreats
Deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellations more than 15 days before the retreat may receive partial credit at the discretion of Nova Air Wellness.
Cancellations within 15 days and no-shows are nonrefundable.
Retreat credits must be used within six months unless otherwise stated.
If Nova Air Wellness cancels a retreat or event, participants may receive a full refund or transfer their payment to a future date.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Retreat rooms are shared with one other participant, and bathrooms are shared. I understand that Nova Air Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed through non-binding mediation held in the state and county where the retreat takes place.
If any portion of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain valid and enforceable.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By clicking the button below and submitting my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms of this Agreement. I understand that this document affects my legal rights and that I am agreeing to participate at my own risk.

I acknowledge that by clicking the button below and submitting my registration, this serves as my full acceptance of these Terms, Conditions, and Release of Liability for Nova Air Wellness.
