Appointment, Cancellation, Refund, Rescheduling, and Health & Safety Policies
Appointment Policy
Clients are asked to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Sessions will begin and end at the designated time to respect both your schedule and the next client’s appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, and the full session fee will still apply.
All appointments must be booked using our online scheduling system unless otherwise arranged with the practitioner.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected changes may occur. However, because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we require advance notice for cancellations.
Individual Sessions (Breathwork, Reiki, Integrative Wellness Sessions):
– Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full credit applied to a future session.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full session fee.
No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for credit.
Group Sessions and Workshops
– Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full credit for a future group session.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as materials, space, and staffing are arranged in advance.
Retreats and Special Events
Due to limited capacity and advance planning, retreat and special event deposits are non-refundable.
– Cancellations made more than 15 days before the event may receive a partial credit, at NovaAir Wellness’s discretion.
– Cancellations made within 15 days of a retreat or special event are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
NovaAir Wellness does not offer cash refunds for cancellations.
Approved cancellations will receive a credit that may be applied toward a future session, workshop, or retreat within 6 months.
If NovaAir Wellness cancels an appointment or event for any reason, clients may choose either:
– Credit toward a future booking, or
– A full refund to the original method of payment.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before their session at no cost.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is considered a late cancellation and will be subject to the full session fee.
Packages and Multi-Session Passes
– All package purchases are non-refundable.
– Sessions must be used within the stated expiration period.
– Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited.
Health and Safety Policy
Clients must be in good health to participate in NovaAir Wellness services.
Please notify your practitioner of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, or mental health concerns prior to your session.
NovaAir Wellness reserves the right to decline service if a session may pose a risk to the client’s safety.
Liability Disclaimer
By booking a session with NovaAir Wellness, you acknowledge that breathwork, Reiki, and wellness practices may bring up physical, emotional, or energetic responses.
Clients participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for their physical and emotional well-being during and after sessions.
NovaAir Wellness and its practitioners are not medical providers and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical conditions.
